How much does a roof repair cost?

The size and material of the roof, as well as other variables, can have a significant impact on the price of a roof repair. Please get in touch with us for a free estimate if you require a roof repair or new roof works.

How long does it take to repair a roof?

Every roof is different, and every project is varied in size. The length of time it will take to restore a roof depends on how badly damaged it is.

A roof repair can take between a few hours and 1 day. However, in extreme weather circumstances, we would temporarily use tarpaulins to secure the affected areas for a short period of time, before beginning works.

A roof replacement is much more involved and depends on the size of the property, materials used, and existing details. It can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks.
If you have any queries, we are happy to attend for a site survey to give you a better idea of time frames.

What new roofing options do I have?

In line with our associated suppliers and manufacturers we are able to offer a variety of options for different roofing types. Whether this be clay tiles, slate tiles, flat roof options (including torch on felt, EPDM/ rubber, liquid solutions etc). We are of course happy to discuss what options you are looking for and what our recommendations would be.

Do you offer drone surveys?

No. Drone media is a reasonably new concept, however, this is based generally on large commercial buildings which are inaccessible. In our experience they do not provide sufficient physical inspections for domestic properties. Additionally, these services can also incur a large cost.
