Furthermore our two layers system comprises an underlayer and a capsheet, paired with a vapour control layer in a warm roofing system. This roof system guarantees water tightness.

Cold Lay Systems

Cold lay roofing has many benefits compared to its alternatives, making it a popular choice for a specific set of needs.

They generally require more work to fit, but the benefits could save you money in the long run, as well as potentially prolonging the lifespan of your roof.

It’s worth noting that a 50mm (minimum) gap is required above the insulation before the rest of the roof goes on in order to ensure that there’s enough ventilation so that condensation doesn’t build up.

Asphalt Systems

Asphalt is a very versatile material, as it can be layered on top of a variety of services such as concrete and metal. 

This foot system is very popular as it has carbon rating 0 and is one of the most effective waterproof materials.

This installation  has a lifespan of approximately 15 years.
